作法

1.将透抽丶草虾丶甜椒丶花椰菜丶蒟蒻面洗净
2.透抽切块,甜椒丶洋葱切丝备用。
3.先将锅子放入50c.c水并加入洋葱丶咖哩粉,稍微拌炒。
4.加入150c.c水加热并将透抽丶草虾丶花椰菜丶调味包加入煮3-5分钟。
5.加入洗净的蒟蒻面再煮20秒关火,即可享用。
