作法

1.将牛蕃茄丶雪白菇丶洋葱丶牛肉块丶纤吃纤盈蒟蒻面洗净。
2.牛蕃茄切丁丶洋葱切丝丶葱切段备用。
3.牛肉块川烫去杂质备用。
4.另外准备250c.c水加热并加入牛蕃茄丶洋葱丶葱段丶牛肉块丶
纤吃纤盈调味包煮10分钟,再将雪白菇加入煮2-3分钟。
5.加入洗净的纤吃纤盈蒟蒻面丶青江菜再煮20秒关火,即可享用。
